Doing Kegel Muscles Exercises
Your aim is to hold the jade egg inside the vagina by tightening your pelvic floor muscles. The procedure is painless, although you might experience a pushing feeling as you tighten your pelvic floor muscles to move the jade egg. As you relax and contract your pelvic floor muscles, do it in a slow controlled manner. At first you may not feel the jade egg move. But as you practice with one of the jade eggs, you will start to feel movement. Generally, beginners start with the largest jade egg so that they feel it’s movement more easily.Once they start to feel movement the users change to one of the smaller sized eggs.
When you first start doing Kegel exercises, tense the muscles in your pelvic floor for a count of three, then relax them for a count of three with the jade egg inside of your vagina. Do this for 5 to 10 times per session. After six weeks of practice, the exercises will require less effort, and you will no longer need to set aside special times to concentrate on them.
When you contract your pelvic floor muscles you will make them stronger as Kegel exercises strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which can weaken from childbirth and pregnancy or even from being overweight or aging, will become stronger. Kegel Exercises can be done at home and at work, though we recommend you first start in the privacy of your home to get used to doing them. However, Kegel exercises should not be done when you have a full bladder. You can get creative about when you practice your Kegel exercises. You will be able to do them sitting, standing as well as laying down. The exercises will become very natural to you before long.
